Tank, Fender, and Battery Tray have all been powdercoated Flat Black. That's no rattle can job fellas.. The master cylinder was just rebuilt, the clutch levers installed, and the tail light has also been temporarily mounted and wired.
Headers have been wrapped, still working on the muffler situations though, its too loud as is. The motor was done in high temp flat black paint, and the sidecovers have been powdercoated in Galvanized Blasted Aluminum. Don't mind the mess of wires.
Here's a close up of the gas tank after powder coating and re-assembly. Again, Powdercoated Flat Black, So it will hold up much better than any rattle can'd flat paint job would.
Here's the battery tray/box which was also shot in Flat Black. It's mounted with chrome wingnuts and acorn nuts for class, and the wires have been tucked and hidden, along with a hidden voltage regulator and rectifier in the box.
Here's a wide shot of the entire bike as it sat. Now the headlight has been re-installed, the wiring has been cleaned/hidden, and the clutch/brake master cylinder/cables have been adjusted. Added some oil and gas and she fired right up in typical Honda fashion. Just waiting to get the seat back from the upholstery guy, the muffler set-up, and some nice weather to tune the thing.
